This box signals that the student will find specific activities in the Milestones California Workbook with Assessment Practice and on the Independent Practice CD-ROM, to match these topics.

The topics are selected based on their introduction and treatment in the readings and reinforced in the Milestones California Teacher’s Edition teaching notes.
