An in-text assessment is found at the end of each Unit.

The purpose of the Assessment Practice is two-fold.

Firstly, it checks for student mastery of the concepts taught.

It is taken prior to the formal assessments found in the Milestones Assessment components, including the MilestonesTracker.

Secondly, the Assessment Practice is designed to resemble standardized test formatting.

This subtle practice in test-taking is intended to make students more comfortable when faced with high-stakes tests.
